Shipping

All of our soaps are handmade in very small batches and shipped carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We typically ship orders within 5–7 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because our soaps are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with a photo of the damage and we will work with you to make it right.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. The information you provide when placing an order is used only to process your order and deliver your products. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information.

Allergen & Safety Notes

All soaps are for external use only. May contain allergens — please check ingredients listed on each bar. Our soaps do not contain parabens or phthalates.

Small Batch Note

Each soap is handcrafted, so no two bars are exactly alike. Colors and designs may vary slightly from pictures. That’s part of the charm.
